Born in Cornwall and finishing his education in Marine Engineering at Falmouth Marine School in 2005, he has worked in programming, civil engineering and started rope access in 2011. He left Cornwall in search for different work in 2011, and has since been working across the country on various rope access projects, including famous landmarks across the country and the 2012 Olympics. He set up RARR Ltd in 2014 working on smaller projects including working as a rigger at Glastonbury and Boomtown festivals, he was the Production Manager for the UK tour of The Man Engine, and has bought RARR Ltd into
exciting new projects across the UK and Ireland.
Jasmine, also James’s partner is RARR Ltd’s accounts and administration manager. Jasmine has 10 years experience in accountancy and is an integral part of the daily operations within RARR Ltd.

Tom has been RARR’s rope access management since its conception, he is a well qualified and experienced rope access supervisor with more than 20 years on the ropes. Tom has spent many years with the British Cave Rescue Council, acting and advising on numerous rescues over his years, through this vast experience, Tom is also our confined space rescue manager. He is a keen runner and cyclist.
He is also our Tractel qualified installer.
Tommy is one of our newest members to RARR Ltd, Previously a chef he made the move to rope access in 2018, and hasn’t looked back. In his spare time he likes to climb as much as he can, including accomplishing some impressive solo climbs on the cliffs of Cornwall. He is a hard worker and great problem solver.

Stuart is an IRATA level 3, he has worked in the rope access industry for 10 years, he has a keen eye for detail and is an integral part of RARR Ltd’s team. Since 2010 has worked across the world in rope access, including New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the UK, working on numerous and varied projects from Geotechnical to Oil & Gas.
He has been an RNLI helmsman for St Agnes lifeboat in Cornwall and enjoys snowboarding and
scuba diving. Recently he has been out in the Bahamas working as a volunteer re-building houses from the recent Hurricanes.
Whilst studying for a degree in Physics, Emily started at a local cave club and got involved with rope access. She is experienced in heavy industry and ultrasonic NDT inspection. She enjoys cycling and running and attempts to surf!

Maurycy is one of our most experienced Film/TV and Theatre & Circus riggers, he has been an IRATA level 3 for
9 years.
He is a keen cyclist and qualified PADI rescue diver.
He has recently returned from a long contract in Macau, where he was one of the head riggers for one of the worlds largest indoor circus theatres.
His favourite colour is green.
